A popular elective class at Bryant Extended Day Program is “Stories and Art Fun!” Students had a chance to vote to choose a read-aloud book every class and the teacher facilitated an art project based on the book. Some high-lights include reading a book about monsters and then creating our own by painting and stuffing with cotton balls.
Another fun project included reading a book about vegetable soup and then making stamps out of vegetables to create our own vegetable soup. The most recent activity was reading and learning about different patterns and creating name tags using their own patterns with paint.
