This month our Parent Leaders are selling raffle tickets to raise money for the end of the year Parent Leadership Team camping trip to the Presidio. The raffle has some great prizes this year, including a family season pass for San Francisco’s Exploratorium, $50 gift card, and two one time passes to the Exploratorium.
With a goal of selling $300 worth of raffle tickets, Parent Leaders are competing for an added incentive: a pair of movie tickets!
In the first week, Marlyn Rodriguez, Parent Leader at Flynn Elementary is already in the lead, having sold 39 of the 60 tickets sold so far, and still out there selling more! Not only is she active in her child’s education and his school, she is also great at outreach!

Este mes nuestras Madres Lideres estan vendiendo boletos de rifa para para recaudar fondos para el viaje de fín de año en Presidio. La rifa tiene grandes premios incluyendo un pase familiar al Exploratorio, 50 dólares en tarjeta de regalo y dos boletos al Exploratorio de un uso.
Con la meta de 300 dólares en tickets de rifa, las Madres Lideres estan compitiendo para ganarse dos boletos al cine!
En esta primera semana Marlyn Rodriguez, Madre Lider en la escuela Flynn Elementary, esta en primer lugar por haber vendido 39 de los 60 boletos de rifas vendidos, y todavía sigue con la venta de boletos! No es solamente una mamá activa en la educación de su hijo y en su escuela, también es muy buena haciendo alcance!
