Our 2012-2013 College Connect application is up!

We are looking forward to forming our 6th cohort. College Connect youth receive all the college support they need, from junior year through college graduation.

This support includes ACT prep classes, college life workshops, financial literacy training, assistance with scholarship, college, and FASFA applications, and more.We also take a trip to Southern California for a spring break college tour, where we visit prestigious colleges such as Pomona, and Pitzer, along with UC Merced and UC Santa Barbara, amongst others.

Who is eligible? Current high school juniors who live or go to school in the Mission District with a desire to attend a 4-year college and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Students must be on-track to complete A-G requirements, qualify for free/reduced-lunch program and be part of the first generation in their family to attend a 4-year college in the United States. Students cannot be in another college access program and must be willing to explore colleges outside of California.
