Food For Thought 2012

Serpentine

Fall is on the menu at Serpentine. Opened in 2007, Serpentine partners with Mission Graduates this year because they recognize the reciprocity of community. “Our patrons support us to provide local and organic food,” owner Erin says, “In turn, we help support their children and our community to always be improving.”

While they plate many delicious and seasonal dishes, owner Erin lists two of her favorites: Housemade Gnocchi with braised beef roast and the Half Chicken with roasted Brussels sprouts, bacon, cipollini onions, sweet potato, apple & onion puree, and more. My oh my.

Come on out to Serpentine to try some of the season dishes. Or, if you’re in a classic kind of mood, get the burger per the owner’s recommendation.

Learn more at the Serpentine website. We’ll see you on November 14!
