College Connect: Cohort-Based Support

College Connect provides comprehensive, cohort-based support for first-generation college-bound students across San Francisco. Each year, this six-year program welcomes 25 high school juniors, supporting them from application through college graduation with personalized guidance, workshops, and professional development.
