Carlos Alonso Bayardo
Carlos joined the Mission Graduates family in December 2011 as the Operations Manager.
Carlos received his undergraduate B.S.B.A. from Hawaii Pacific University in 2003, moved to the Bay Area in 2008 and has been working within the non-profit afterschool programs for the past three years.
Carlos recently received his PHR Certification by the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, as well as a member of the Bay Area Human Resources Non-Profit Network. Along with being an HR person, Carlos is an aspiring future accountant. He handles the bookkeeping for the agency and is Quick Books certified.
Carlos has a strong belief in the agency’s mission and vision, and believes that educating, empowering and mentoring our inner city youth and their families is the key to addressing our community social and economic barriers.
